Certified Fire Door Installation

Every project begins with a free site survey. Our specification team visit your site to measure accurately, assess your existing openings and frame conditions, identify any structural or regulatory considerations, and understand your programme requirements. You'll receive a written survey report before any quotation is issued.

Using the survey data, we produce a detailed door schedule covering door types, ratings, ironmongery, access requirements and finishes. The quotation is fully itemised — no hidden costs — and includes programme dates so you can plan around it.

Once approved, your fire door sets enter our Staffordshire production facility. Every door is built to order — leaf, frame, ironmongery and seals — and passes through our QC process before despatch. You receive factory sign-off documentation ahead of delivery.

Our BM TRADA Q-Mark accredited installation teams carry out all works to the agreed programme, following the approved fire door specification — correct fixings, intumescent materials and hardware at every stage. We're experienced in occupied buildings — hospitals, schools, care homes — and our site management reflects this. Works are phased, communicated and coordinated with your facilities team to minimise operational disruption.

Every installation is inspected on completion against the original specification and performance requirements. We provide a comprehensive handover pack — including product certificates, installation records, ironmongery schedules and as-fitted door drawings — everything your compliance records require.
